Presenting ‘Timaru’ AKA Tim Quaife

After relocating to Rylstone in 2020, Timaru (Tim Quaife) has quickly become one of the most sought-after musicians for Pubs, Clubs, Vineyards and Weddings in the Central Mid-West. Born and raised in Sydney, Tim began his music career at just 15. Classically trained by Dallas Watts (Opera Australia) and completing his Bachelor of Music (Music Theatre) in 2013, he quickly began writing music of his own. By the time Tim was 27, he had completed multiple tours of Australia, had his music played on major broadcasting networks (ABC Rage, Triple J, MTV) and been signed by two highly regarded labels (Poster Child, Mucho Bravado) with his Sydney based Project Oh My My. 

In 2020 Tim decided it was time for a tree change and moved to Rylstone to help manage his family's wine business. It was there that Tim developed a passion for country music and began to play as a solo performer. Since then he has developed a reputation for powerhouse vocals, cheeky charisma, and an extremely versatile performance thanks to his repertoire of over 300 songs covering any and all genres. This year Tim is pursuing his performing career full-time and is now spending half of his time in Sydney and the other half in Bathurst which allows him to travel to venues both coastal and inland with ease.
